Statistics for Data Science II

Welcome to Statistics for Data Science II!

This is an 8 week asynchronous course that builds on the foundations of statistics and data analysis. We will focus on the application of statistical models. In particular we will focus on the following regression strategies:

• Linear regression (normal distribution)
• Gamma regression
• Beta regression
• Binary logistic regression
• Ordinal logistic regression
• Multinomial logistic regression
• Poisson and negative binomial regressions

Each week will consist of multiple lecture videos culminating in a project to demonstrate understanding.
